Explore meaningful ideas in a friendly and welcoming group
Learn simple ways to find calm, focus, inner strength and confidence.
Develop your unique talents and use them to help others.

Classes begin Tuesday 29th and Wednesday 30th September
Weekly sessions for 6 consecutive weeks
Time: 5:30 pm BST for about 45 minutes
