Terms & Conditions — residential retreats

These terms apply to residential retreats. For London in-person and online courses and events, see our main Terms & conditions.

Cancellations

Participants may cancel their retreat booking within the two weeks prior to the start date of the retreat, subject to the following refund policy.

Refunds

For cancellations made:

• More than two weeks before the retreat: full refund, minus an administration fee of £20.
• Within two weeks of the retreat: no refund; however, payment can be transferred to another event. Bookings can only be carried forward once.

Force majeure

In certain cases of unforeseen circumstances or events beyond the control of the retreat organisers — for example natural disasters, political unrest, or emergency works — FSES reserves the right to cancel or postpone an event. We may also need to cancel an event if we do not receive the minimum number of registrations to make it viable. A full refund will be given in these circumstances.

Personal details forms

You must complete a Personal Details form if required by the Retreat Organiser. If you do not complete the form within the specified timescale, your place will be cancelled and you will receive a refund as specified above.
