What we’ll cover in this session

We'll reflect on what it means to direct love to the true essence. Powerful words come from Viktor Frankl, a concentration camp survivor and psychiatrist who wrote on love and the importance of finding meaning in all forms of existence. We consider the absence of love and its effect, and spend some time thinking about the Upanishad's view of love.
