Schedule and Fees

Classes in Toronto and St. Catharines start the week of September 22, 2008.

Once registered, students are free to attend their class any day it is offered. As the same material is taught throughout the week, students may choose to vary their day of attendance to suit their schedule, or find the tutor who best meets their needs.

When to Register

You can register at any time before classes begin and, if space permits, up to the day classes start. Please come ½ hour early if you plan to register on the first day of class.

It is possible to register after the first day of class, however full fees will apply.

How to Register

For your convenience, we offer a variety of registration options:

  1. In Person
    Students may register in person at any time before classes begin, at the Open House or on the first day of class. Please arrive ½ hour early if you plan to register on the first day of class.

  2. By Phone

    All phone inquiries should be directed to our Toronto location. Our Office Administrator is generally available to assist you with registration from 10am to 4pm on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. If your call cannot be answered right away, please leave a message and the Administrator will return your call as soon as possible. Students may register by phone if they are paying with Visa or MasterCard.

  3. By Fax

    To register by fax, download and print our registration form. Complete the form by hand and fax it to us at our Toronto location. Our Office Administrator will call or email to confirm your registration within 5 business days. Students may register by fax if they are paying with Visa or MasterCard.

To register by mail, download and print our registration form. Complete the form and mail it along with your payment to the location you plan to attend. Our Office Administrator will call or email to confirm your registration within 5 business days.



Payment

Payment can be made by personal cheque, Visa, or MasterCard. Registrants may also pay by cash or debit if they are registering in person. Do not send cash by mail.

Payment is due in full before the first day of class. It is possible to register after the first day of class, however full fees will apply.



Refund Policy

Fees will be refunded in full if the request is made in writing before the end of the second week of classes. There is no refund after the second week.



Missed Classes

Missed classes will not be refunded. However, as the same material is taught throughout the week, students may make up missed classes by attending on another day.
